What fascinates you most about your job as a recruiter?
I love active sourcing – finding the right people in a targeted, creative, and sensitive way. I also really value the exchange with candidates and clients. Recruiting, to me, is more than filling vacancies – it’s about creating meaningful connections beyond resumes and job titles.

If you weren’t a recruiter, what would you be – and why?
Probably a music journalist or radio host. I love music, have a playlist for every situation, and I love to inspire people with stories about bands and music.

How do you relax after recruiting stress?
Music is my outlet – drums, live concerts – music is always playing in the background. I also love hanging out at a cool Irish pub, spending time with my family, watching FC Barcelona, and having great conversations.

If you weren’t a recruiter, what would you be – and why?
If I weren’t a recruiter, I’d probably work with dogs – maybe as a dog trainer or in an animal welfare organization.

How do you relax after recruiting stress?
I need the perfect mix of adrenaline, nature, and new experiences. I enjoy motorcycling, exploring the mountains, and love climbing via ferratas. Whenever I want to satisfy my curiosity, I listen to true crime podcasts.

Luckily, I don’t have to stick to one path. I’m also an Assessment Consultant and Emergency Psychologist. Maybe I’d also be a writer or run a cat café.

How do you relax after recruiting stress?
I find a great balance at my RC model car club. I also unwind riding my motorbike, being at or on the lake, going to concerts – always on the move!
